You will understand the basics of Robotic Process Automation and will be able to identify likely processes for automation

Delegates will go back into the workplace and help identify processes for automation and reconvene in 1 week with a list of processes.
The processes will be presented to Senior Management along with a feasibility study and project plan.
Module 2 Alfred Austin RPA Practitioner (Certificated) 3 days
Outcomes
Based on the learnings from Module 1 the delegates will be able to automate basis processes using the Uipath ‘Studio X’
ROI
Delegates will go back into the workplace and automate a processes in 5 weeks
The newly automated processes will be presented to Senior Management along with a ROI dashboard and predictive benefits assessment.

Lean Model Office Alfred Austin Certificates Awareness to Practitioner Levels 1 to 5.
We have a 2 hours LMO Awareness Courses which all staff will benefit to a 1 day Improvement and Implementation course up to Practitioner Level which will involve 5 days of classroom training.

Each delegate is asked to provide pre course a process where they are having specific people issues. Post course each delegate is asked to populate the POW Template which identifies and addresses behaviour issues. The delegate then presents the improved process to Senior Management along with a ROI dashboard and predictive benefits assessment.
